Core fitness exercise that works

We all might have faced a phase where we complain about back pain or pain in the abs. This pain can be nullified by core fitness exercise that have to be done on a regular basis. These exercises aim to loosen muscles of the core region to prevent pain due to tightening of muscles and to develop the strength of these muscles. As it is very well known that the spinal cord is a very essential part of our body, we should always protect it and prevent it from being harmed or damaged. For example, spinal cord defects can cause foot-flop where the nerves in the legs become less sensitive and do not receive proper nerve impulses from the brain.

The spinal cord is also controls the reflex action of the body below the neck and hence it must be protected. The abs is also much sought after by almost all men, it is a symbol of their masculinity. The presence of abs means the person is physically fit and strong. The abs also act as a shock absorber for the front part of our body, they prevent severe injuries to our torso region. An example of this is during a boxing match or rather kick boxing match, the punch that are aimed at the stomach are muffled by the abs hence reducing any injuries.

Abs can be gained by a well timed and co-ordinate exercise schedule. This exercise must include many exercises such as crunches and pushups. Other exercises to gain abs include side crunches, using an exercise ball bicycle exercise and many others like these exercises. All these exercises must not be done at the same time or even all at once, they must be done over a period of time with a mandatory break following the exercise.

The back must be strengthened as it is a very vital part of the human body and our nervous system. The back can be strengthened by practicing stretching exercises. These include basic stretches, simple meditation, some yoga exercises. All these exercises must be accompanied with a healthy and balanced diet with a proportional intake of water. The maintenance of your back and the gaining of abs are very necessary and important part of life.
