Cambered bar, lying rowYou ned a regular bench for this exercise. Start by placing your chest down on the bench. Grasp thecambered barbell below with an overhand grip. To execute, pull the bar to your upper waist or your lower chest. Return untill your arms are extended and your shoulders are streched forward. Do three sets with eight repetitions each.

1. Regular crunches with a weight.

CrunchesLie on a bench with your head hanging off. Keep your knees and your hips bent. Hold a plate with both hands behind your neck or place it on your chest. To execute, flex your waist to raise your upper torso from the bench. Return untill the back of your shoulders make contact with the bench. Do three sets with ten repetitions.

 

2. Barbell push crunches.

Barbell push crunchStart by placing your feet under the foot pad and lie down on the inclined bench. Use an overhand grip in the barbell and position it over your chest with a wide grip. To execute, flex your waist to raise your upper torso from the bench. Its important that you keep your lower back on the bench. Return untill the back of your shoulders make contact with the bench. Do three sets with ten repetitions.
